REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All sales are final for digital products (products that are delivered to you electronically).

Due to the nature of downloadable files and your irrevocable access to them once they've been delivered to you, refunds are not offered for digital products.

Printed book orders are fulfilled by amazon.com. Refunds for printed books are also handled by amazon.com. Refer to amazon.com's refund policy for any printed book purchases.
